Client Information


We strive to offer clear information and expectations for its families and the children we work with. There is an insurance-based system we must follow in order to conduct assessments and get approvals for treatment plans before treatment can begin.

Payments & Insurance

We accept most insurance plans, as well as private payments, in the forms of checks, cash, and all major credit cards as payment. Please contact our office to confirm your insurance plan.

Intake & Assessment Process

Once you call or contact us with your request for services, we will take your basic information and contact you when there is availability for desired services and location. 

The process is managed by a Clinical Supervisor, and includes the following steps at that point:

  • Initial Forms - including insurance and other specific information

  • First Visit - in one of our clinics, or the client’s home depending on the services. Includes Client observation and testing. For a home-based service, there may be a discussion about any changes needed in the home before therapy can begin.

  • Records Reviewcollection of outside information, including any IEPs, functional behavioral assessments, behavior intervention plans, diagnostic testing, narrative feedback, and other previous evaluations.

  • Treatment Plan Review with Family Assessment Plan created for treatment, reviewed and approved by the family and submitted to the insurance company for approval.

  • Treatment Begins - services begin based on final Assessment Plan, which must be approved at least one month prior to start date of services, so that the direct care staff can be trained for the most effective treatment.
