Nicole Quigley, BCBA

Executive Director

Nicole Quigley, BCBA, founded Family Behavior Solutions, Inc in August 2014. Although FBS is young, Nicole has been providing ABA services in a variety of settings, including inpatient, home and community based, day program, public and private schools, and social skill groups and outings for 15 years. Nicole received her Bachelor degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2003, and continued advanced training by earning a Master degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2009 from Palm Beach University. Finally, Nicole finished the ABA program at Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2011. Nicole is committed to team work, and a has a sincere passion for helping children and their families.

Lauren Maguire, BCBA

Clinical Director

Lauren has been working at Family Behavior Solutions since 2015. Her love for ABA came from a summer spent with kiddos on the Spectrum in 2012. Lauren went on to get her Masters in Special Education ABA from Bay Path University. Lauren began as a Registered Behavior Technician before passing her Board in 2016. After a year and a half as a Clinical Supervisor at Family Behavior Solutions, Lauren went on to become Clinical Director of the ABA team. Lauren’s favorite part of Family Behavior Solutions involves the dedicated staff, relationships with the families and the ability to participate in many different social skills groups.

Amanda Harwood, RBT

Office Manager

Prior to working with the FBS team, I was in the optical field for ten years. I am currently the office manager and a RBT. My passion for children and wanting to do something to help and make a difference in their lives is what attracted me to the FBS team. I spend my weekends with my own kids and teaching horseback riding lessons to children with disabilities and adults for an amazing non-profit.

Isabella Perry-DePetrillo

Administrative Assistant

Bella is currently working on her Business Undergraduate degree at New England College. She Joined the FBS admin team a year ago.

Agnes Sychtysz, M.S ABA, BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Agnieszka, also known as Agnes, has been working with Family Behavior Solutions since March of 2020. She has worked in various environments from residential facilities, to schools, to doing in-home ABA herself. With 5 years of experience doing in-home ABA she pursued a further step in the career she loves and got her Master’s degree in ABA at Bay Path University October 2019. Passing her boards in February of 2020, she is able to now provide support to the families and kids she loves very much in a way she wasn’t able to before. She lives by the motto, “I’m not here to change kids, but highlight their strengths and make them shine the way they do in all our hearts.”
