Executive Director

Nicole Quigley, BCBA, founded Family Behavior Solutions, Inc in August 2014. Although FBS is young, Nicole has been providing ABA services in a variety of settings, including inpatient, home and community based, day program, public and private schools, and social skill groups and outings for 15 years. Nicole received her Bachelor degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2003, and continued advanced training by earning a Master degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2009 from Palm Beach University. Finally, Nicole finished the ABA program at Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2011. Nicole is committed to team work, and a has a sincere passion for helping children and their families.

Clinical Director

Lauren has been working at Family Behavior Solutions since 2015. Her love for ABA came from a summer spent with kiddos on the Spectrum in 2012. Lauren went on to get her Masters in Special Education ABA from Bay Path University. Lauren began as a Registered Behavior Technician before passing her Board in 2016. After a year and a half as a Clinical Supervisor at Family Behavior Solutions, Lauren went on to become Clinical Director of the ABA team. Lauren’s favorite part of Family Behavior Solutions involves the dedicated staff, relationships with the families and the ability to participate in many different social skills groups.

Office Manager

Prior to working with the FBS team, I was in the optical field for ten years. I am currently the office manager and a RBT. My passion for children and wanting to do something to help and make a difference in their lives is what attracted me to the FBS team. I spend my weekends with my own kids and teaching horseback riding lessons to children with disabilities and adults for an amazing non-profit.

Clinical Supervisor

Agnieszka, also known as Agnes, has been working with Family Behavior Solutions since March of 2020. She has worked in various environments from residential facilities, to schools, to doing in-home ABA herself. With 5 years of experience doing in-home ABA she pursued a further step in the career she loves and got her Master’s degree in ABA at Bay Path University October 2019. Passing her boards in February of 2020, she is able to now provide support to the families and kids she loves very much in a way she wasn’t able to before. She lives by the motto, “I’m not here to change kids, but highlight their strengths and make them shine the way they do in all our hearts.”

Clinical Supervisor

Working with children and adolescents has always been a passion of mine. Even when I thought about venturing on a different path, life brought me back to my passion. Over the last 12 years in this field, I have worked in different settings such as a hospital, in homes, a partial program, residential and in schools. I am proud to say that I love my job as a BCBA and the families and clients I serve!

“Julie has been working with Family Behavior Solutions since November 2018. She graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. After teaching preschool for several years, she found a passion within the field of ABA and decided to pursue her BCaBA. She has experience providing ABA services in variety of settings including clinic-based, home-based, and school-based. She looks forward to continuing to provide love, knowledge, & support to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder”.

Clinical Supervisor

Marc has been with Family Behavior Solutions since 2018.  He earned a Bachelor’s in History in 2007 and spent several years writing fiction. He began working in the field of ABA in 2013 as a direct aide in a clinic setting and went on to earn his M.Ed. in 2017 at the University of Washington, as well as becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Clinical Supervisor
Spenser has been working with Family Behavior Solutions since 2019. She received her Bachelor's Degree in 2009 from Lebanon Valley College in PA where she majored in Digital Communication/Art History. Her love of ABA started in 2010 when she started a job at a residential facility. Since then, she worked as an ABA Therapist in a middle school as well as in center-based and home-based services throughout Massachusetts. In 2017 she received her Master's in ABA from Bay Path University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Treatment Coordinator/Activities Director

Britney received her Psychology degree in 2015. She recently graduated from Bay Path University with her MS in ABA, in hope to become a BCBA. Her role as a preschool teacher motivated her to find something more to help children. She joined the FBS team in 2016 and is passionate about helping our kiddos.

I have always had a passion for children and teaching. I started off teaching Sunday School classes for 1st- 6th graders, then began teaching at a Learning Center. I knew I wanted to work with children, so I began classes for Elementary Education/ Special Education at CCRI & RIC. In the fall of 2017, I stumbled upon FBS and realized that  working with children and ABA is what I love the most . I am continuing to work toward my BCBA certification while enjoying every moment with my kiddos at FBS!

I have been with the company since July 2015. Before I came to the company I worked at a daycare center with children ranging from 18-24 months. I love watching and helping children learn and grow through many different styles of learning. I have also taken on the roll of lead Therapist for our preschool social skills group.

Paraprofessional 

After graduating from American International College in 2020 with her Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology, I have decided to pursue my E.d.D in Mental Health Counseling. I am currently a youth advocate for adolescents who are dealing with anxiety and depression or other mental illnesses or have experienced bullying. I  have gotten so much joy out of working with the children we help everyday. Seeing our clients progress everyday, and just knowing that i can be a part of that development, makes me so proud to be in the field of ABA. Not every child learns or grows the same way, so i love getting to know each kiddo and what methods work best for them. Their individual personalities make everyday so much fun to work with.

I have my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College. I went on to working with children with disabilities in a variety of settings (hospital, school, and home) for the next five years. This included my start in ABA, at Bradley hospital. After, working with children with disabilities, the next 9 years I dedicated my time as a preschool teacher. I taught children ages 2-5. As much as I loved my students and classroom, I missed the gratifying feeling in ABA therapy. Working with children one on one and watching and nurturing their accomplishments gives me great joy. At FBS I acquired my RBT to further my career. I look forward to my future with the FBS family!

I have been working with children since 2015 in various settings. I have been with FBS since late summer of 2019 and am now a full time Therapist. I was originally at RIC for a bachelors in music but I am currently working toward an online degree in Child Psychology with a focus in ABA. It fills my heart with joy when I see the kids I work with get excited about meeting their goals and learning new things.

Kaitlynn is currently a paraprofessional here at Family Behavior Solutions. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies, she chose to pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). After having spent the last four and a half years working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, she decided to further her career in ABA and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Salve Regina University. She prides herself in creating meaningful relationships with her clients and implementing practices that will ensure continuous growth and development throughout their lives.

 I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Disorders at Bridgewater State University. Once completed, I will work towards becoming a certified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant as well as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. My long-term education goal includes earning a Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders.  I found my passion working with children as a preschool teacher. During that time, volunteering to work with children with disabilities influenced my decision to focus on a Special Education major in school. Over three years ago, I began working as a Behavioral Therapist, implementing ABA strategies to children with Autism. My love for the profession continues to grow while working for Family Behavior Solutions.

"I began working in childcare after finishing high school in 2014. Since then I have worked in out-of-school programs, summers camps, and residential group homes. I am now at FBS becoming an RBT as well as working towards her Bachelors in Human Services with a concentration in Child and Family Services at Southern New Hampshire University. I believe that working with kids in any way is less of a “job” and more of a blessing, because it is a privilege to have the opportunity to impact their life in a positive way."

Outpatient Therapist

Carmen Reid is a LCSW at Family Behavioral Solutions. Carmen specializes in Grief and Trauma therapy and is currently a Special Education Social Worker. She graduated RI College, earning her Bachelors degree in Nursing and Master's degree in Clinical Social Work. Carmen is a national certified trainer in Youth Mental Health First Aid.

IT Director

Chris has been at FBS since 2015 and takes pride contributing to the team effort with technical initiatives.  His expertise with computer programming, systems management, and technical assistance have supported the growth of FBS over the past 3 years. Chris is a graduate of University of Rhode Island and is both a MCSE - Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and PMP - Project Management Professional.
