We have been assisting individuals to achieve a life style of potential, independence, and dignity since 2014. Through team work we strive toward our mission by offering individual analysis and continued program development.

 

Family Behavior Solutions was founded on the passion for helping children and their families. Our team of professionals is dedicated to provide compassionate, therapeutic services to children diagnosed with Autism and related disabilities using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Meet the Team

Nicole Quigley, BCBA

Nicole Quigley, BCBA

Executive Director

Nicole Quigley, BCBA, founded Family Behavior Solutions, Inc in August 2014. Since before that time, Nicole has been providing ABA services in a variety of settings, including inpatient, home- and community- based, day programs, public and private schools, and social skill groups and outings. Nicole received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2003, and continued her advanced training by earning a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2009 from Palm Beach University. Nicole finished the ABA program at Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2011. She is committed to team work and a has a sincere passion for helping children and their families."
Kayla Brothers, RBT

Kayla Brothers, RBT

Director, Clinic Operations

Kayla has been with the company since July 2015. Before that, she worked at a daycare center with children ranging from 18-24 months. She loves watching and helping children learn and grow through many different styles of learning. She has also taken on the roll of Lead Therapist for the FBA preschool social skills group.
Julie Prudhomme, BCaBA

Clinical Supervisor

Julie has been with FBS since November 2018. She  graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. After teaching preschool for several years, she found a passion within the field of ABA and decided to pursue her BCaBA. She has experience providing ABA services in variety of settings including clinic-based, home-based, and school-based. She looks forward to continuing to provide love, knowledge, & support to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.

April Jarry, BA,RBT

Treatment Coordinator

After April earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College, she began working with children with disabilities in a variety of settings (hospital, school, and home) for 5 years. After working with children with disabilities and with ABA at Bradley Hospital, she dedicated her next 9 years as a preschool teacher teaching children aged 2-5. As much as she loved her students and classroom, she missed the gratifying feeling in ABA therapy. Working with children one on one and watching and nurturing their accomplishments gives her great joy. Since at FBS, April has acquired her RBT and looks forward to her future with the FBS family!
Carmen Reid, LCSW

Carmen Reid, LCSW

Outpatient Therapist

Carmen Reid is a LCSW at Family Behavioral Solutions. She specializes in Grief and Trauma therapy and is currently a Special Education Social Worker. She graduated from RI College, earning her Bachelor's degree in Nursing and her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work. Carmen is a national certified trainer in Youth Mental Health First Aid. "I help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships in order to move towards an overall well being.

Director of HR/Marketing

Brit joined this amazing Team in December of 2020. As the Director of HR, she p[rides herself as being an activist for our employees. She is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and assessing employees within FBS. She strives to always support the Team and their wellbeing. FBS is constantly evolving, so it is imperative that she continuously develops to lead everyone confidently through change, ensuring staff stays productive and engaged, while setting clear goals and protocols.
Jessica Waugh

Jessica Waugh

Clinical Director

Jessica joined FBS in January 2022 as the Clinical Director, but  she has been working in the ABA world for almost 20 years. She started her journey as a direct care staff member providing one-to-one therapy to kids in their homes. In addition to in-home therapy, she has had the opportunity to provide services in community, school, clinic, and group home settings. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rhode Island College, and her master's degree in education with advanced graduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Massachusetts. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2013, and is also a mom to three amazing boys and two rescue dogs!

Lead BCBA, Middletown

Megan has been with FBS since 2018. She graduated from University of California-Berkeley with a Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare. After bartending for many years, she decided to pursue becoming a School Psychologist. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with her Masters in Education, with a PPS and a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. After a few years as a school psychologist she decided to leave the schools and focus on helping children make meaningful growth in social skills and other life skills, using her knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis. Megan loves working with children and watching them learn and grow to become everything they want to be!
Ali Higgins

Treatment Coordinator

Ali started with FBS in February of 2022 as a Treatment Coordinator. She has been in the Behavioral field for the past 10 years first as a classroom teacher and then as a Behavior Tech. She is currently enrolled in a Masters program at FSU in Moderate to Severe Disabilities. She loves the creativity that comes along with the job, working through the challenges, but mostly getting a front seat in witnessing the day to day progress of her clients!

John O'Donnell

IT Director

John has been at FBS since 2015, and takes pride in contributing to the team effort with technical initiatives. His expertise with computer programming, systems management, and technical assistance have supported the growth of FBS over the years. He is a graduate of University of Rhode Island and is both a MCSE - Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and PMP - Project Management Professional.
Amanda Harwood, RBT

Office Manager / RBT

Prior to working with the FBS team, Amanda was in the optical field for 10 years. Her passion for children and wanting to do something to help make a difference in their lives is what attracted her to the FBS team. Amanda spends her weekends with her own kids and teaching horseback riding lessons to children with disabilities and adults for an amazing non-profit.

Spenser Macera, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Spenser has been working with Family Behavior Solutions since 2019. She received her Bachelor's Degree in 2009 from Lebanon Valley College in PA where she majored in Digital Communication/Art History. Her love of ABA started in 2010 when she started a job at a residential facility. Since then, she worked as an ABA Therapist in a middle school as well as in center-based and home-based services throughout Massachusetts. In 2017, she received her Master's in ABA from Bay Path University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Marc Tannous, BCBA

Marc Tannous, BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Marc earned a Bachelor’s in History in 2007 and spent several years writing fiction. He began working in the field of ABA in 2013 as a direct aide in a clinic setting and went on to earn his M.Ed. in 2017 at the University of Washington, as well as becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Marc has been with FBS since 2018.
